About MBCA

The Maslin Beach Community Association (MBCA) has been working for and on behalf of everyone who lives in Maslin Beach since 1975. Over that time the MBCA has achieved many things including greening the area with various native planting initiatives, running community events including the 50 year anniversary of town ownership and representing the community’s views to council on several issues.

The MBCA’s objective is to foster the welfare of the people who live in the Maslin Beach area by:

  • Representing relevant matters to the authorities, and monitoring their response

  • The use of specialist knowledge when necessary for the enhancement and improvement of the Maslin Beach Community

  • Exercising awareness by all concerned regarding the general well-being of the area and its residents

  • Fostering a strong community and community identity

The MBCA is also responsible for managing the community hall on behalf of the City of Onkaparinga.

The committee meet every second Thursday every two months at 7:15pm at the hall. All are welcome to attend.
